Terms of Service

BasesForge helps users create and browse Clash of Clans wall designs and layouts. You may use the free editor and save available images without purchasing credits. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms, or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Keep account credentials secure and provide an accurate email address for account recovery and order delivery. We do not need your Clash of Clans password or game account access.

You retain any rights you hold in the text, images and designs you submit. You grant us the permission needed to store, process and deliver that content for the features you use. Upload only content you own or have permission to use; do not submit unlawful material, personal information about others without permission, or content that infringes another person's rights.

Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, manipulate credit balances or payment confirmations, impersonate others, or misuse third-party layout links. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect the service.

Credits are prepaid units for BasesForge services, not game currency, cash, a deposit or an investment. They cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash except through an eligible refund. The current packs are USD 5 for 50 credits, USD 10 for 110 credits, USD 20 for 240 credits and USD 50 for 650 credits; one custom layout order costs 30 credits. The checkout shows the final payable amount, including any applicable tax, before payment. Prices and bonuses for future purchases may change, without changing completed purchases.

Payment is handled through a third-party checkout, currently Waffo Pancake for new payments. Its applicable payment terms also apply. Credits are added after verified payment confirmation; simply returning from checkout does not establish payment. We do not collect or store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Buying credits does not itself submit a design order. When custom ordering is available, submit your design and a valid delivery email separately. Our stated delivery window is within 24 hours after the design order has been successfully submitted and the required credits have been deducted. Delivery is digital: an array/layout link is provided through the service and sent to the supplied email address.

If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder and contact support with the order ID. If delivery is delayed or a link does not work, contact us so we can investigate, correct the link, arrange redelivery or provide an appropriate remedy. Game updates and third-party availability can affect whether a layout imports successfully.

For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, unused credit purchase or undelivered order, email support with your account email, order ID and a description of the issue. Do not send card details. We review requests individually, taking into account credit usage, delivery status and any applicable mandatory consumer rights. Completed and correctly delivered custom work is not automatically refundable solely because you change your mind.

If we cannot fulfill an accepted design order, we will restore the credits used or arrange an appropriate refund. Approved monetary refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported, and timing depends on the payment provider and bank. Refunded purchases reverse the associated credits, including proportional bonus credits; already used credits may affect the remaining balance. These terms do not exclude refund or other rights required by applicable law.

BasesForge's own software, branding and original site content remain the property of their respective owners. Access to a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or game assets. Respect any applicable third-party restrictions when using or sharing designs.

BasesForge is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or specifically approved by Supercell. Clash of Clans and related game assets and trademarks belong to Supercell or their respective owners.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every game version, or a particular in-game result. Keep a copy of your important designs. We are responsible for our service commitments and for obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude; these terms do not waive those obligations.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes, publish the revised version here and update the date.
