Each order includes one custom wall layout based on your submitted design, a layout link to import into the game, and delivery to your supplied email. The service is the same for every credit pack.
Delivery is within 24 hours after your design order is successfully submitted and 30 credits are deducted. Buying credits does not automatically submit a design order.
Credits are not game currency and are not transferable. Contact support about duplicate charges, unused credits or undelivered orders. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will restore the credits used or arrange an appropriate refund. Read the full refund and service terms
